KoreKloud Report Content & Moderation Policy
Purpose
This policy explains how to report content, behavior, or files that may violate KoreKloud's Terms, Copyright & Upload Policy, DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy, Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
1. What You Can Report
You may report, for example:
- copyright or other intellectual-property concerns;
- illegal, abusive, threatening, or deceptive content;
- privacy or confidentiality violations;
- impersonation, harassment, or misuse of managed accounts;
- misuse of join codes, invite links, or other shared-access paths;
- malicious or unsafe file uploads; and
- misuse of OCR, AI-generation, or other KoreKloud features.
2. How to Report
Email legal@korekloud.com with the subject line Content Report and include as much of the following as you can:
- links, course IDs, activity IDs, question IDs, join codes, invite links, or other identifiers that help us locate the material;
- screenshots, filenames, prompt/output pairs, or other supporting evidence;
- a description of the issue and why you believe it violates our policies or the law; and
- your contact information so we can request clarification if needed.
If a reporting control is available in a particular KoreKloud surface, you may use that control as well.
3. How KoreKloud Reviews Reports
KoreKloud may use automated systems, manual review, or both to assess reported content or behavior.
We may ask for more information, restrict access while we investigate, or decide that no action is required based on the information available.
We do not promise human review, specific response times, or a particular enforcement outcome for every report.
Automated validation, safety, or security systems may also block or reject content even if no user report has been submitted.
4. Possible Actions
Depending on the situation, KoreKloud may:
- reject uploads or stop AI processing;
- remove or disable access to content;
- limit visibility or sharing;
- warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts;
- preserve information relevant to the report; or
- escalate the matter to service providers, legal counsel, or law enforcement when required or appropriate.
5. Abuse of Reporting Tools
Knowingly false, misleading, or abusive reports may be rejected and may lead to action under our Terms.
