KoreKloud Copyright & Upload Policy
Introduction
This Copyright & Upload Policy explains the rules for uploading and using materials through KoreKloud. Because KoreKloud supports document uploads, OCR, and AI-assisted educational content generation, you must make sure you have the right to use any material you submit.
1. What You May Upload
You may upload material only if at least one of the following is true:
- you created it;
- you own it;
- you have a license, permission, or other legal right to use it in KoreKloud;
- it is in the public domain; or
- you are otherwise legally allowed to use it for the way you intend to use it.
This applies to full files, excerpts, images, worksheets, notes, prompts, and any other content you submit.
2. What You Must Not Upload or Do
You must not:
- upload copyrighted material you are not authorized to use;
- upload files primarily to reproduce, distribute, or substitute for textbooks, workbooks, answer keys, or other protected materials without permission;
- use KoreKloud to remove rights notices, bypass access restrictions, or republish protected material in violation of law or contract;
- upload files containing malware, malicious code, or unsafe content; or
- submit material that violates another person's copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
3. How KoreKloud Processes Uploaded Files
Uploaded files may be validated, scanned for harmful content, stored, OCR processed, and analyzed by AI features so KoreKloud can provide course, question-generation, explanation, visual, and related educational workflows.
We may reject, block, stop processing, or remove files that fail validation, trigger safety or security concerns, or appear to violate our Terms or policies.
4. AI-Generated Materials Based on Uploads
If KoreKloud generates questions, explanations, visuals, or other outputs from uploaded materials, you remain responsible for making sure your use of those outputs is lawful.
AI-generated output does not give you new ownership rights in third-party source material, and it does not eliminate any license, attribution, sharing, or confidentiality restrictions that apply to the original material.
Before sharing or publishing AI-generated material, you should review both the output and the source rights that apply to the material it was based on.
5. Sharing and Access
You may share uploaded or generated material only with people who are authorized to access it. Depending on your role and workspace, content may be visible to family members, organization administrators, instructors, learners, or other authorized participants within the relevant KoreKloud environment.
If you share a course join code, invite link, or QR code, people who use that access path may be able to view limited course details before enrollment, and participants who become enrolled or otherwise authorized in that course or workspace may be able to view uploaded or generated material that you make available there.
6. Violations and Repeat Infringers
If we believe uploaded or generated material may violate copyright or other rights, we may reject processing, disable access, remove content, or suspend or terminate related accounts.
Repeated infringement or repeated violations of this Policy, our Terms, or our DMCA process may result in permanent loss of access to KoreKloud.
7. Related Policies and Contact
Copyright complaints may also be submitted under our DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy.
