KoreKloud DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Purpose
This policy explains how to submit copyright complaints to KoreKloud under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. Section 512, and how KoreKloud may respond.
1. Sending a DMCA Notice
To report alleged copyright infringement, email legal@korekloud.com with the subject line DMCA Notice.
The email address above is the intake channel described by this policy.
Your notice should include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material you want us to review or remove, including enough information for us to locate it inside KoreKloud, such as a course title, join code or invite link, activity ID, question ID, file name, screenshot, or where the material appears;
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. What KoreKloud May Do
When we receive a notice, we may review whether it appears complete and whether the reported material can be located in the Services.
If we cannot identify the material or the notice does not include enough information for us to evaluate it, we may request clarification or decline to act on the notice based on the information provided.
If we believe a notice is valid or otherwise determine action is appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the material, stop related processing, notify the affected user when appropriate, keep records of the claim, and take action against repeat infringers.
We do not guarantee a particular review timeline or a particular outcome for every complaint.
3. Counter-Notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@korekloud.com with the subject line DMCA Counter Notice.
Your counter-notice should include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal or disabling;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
- any consent to jurisdiction and service requirements that the DMCA requires for your situation.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the complaining party and may restore the material as permitted by applicable law.
4. Repeat Infringers and Misuse
KoreKloud may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly violate our copyright-related policies.
Submitting notices or counter-notices that are knowingly false, misleading, or abusive may expose the sender to legal consequences and may lead us to reject future submissions or take action under our Terms.
5. Other Reports
If your concern is about privacy, harmful content, impersonation, abuse, or another policy issue that is not a copyright claim, please use the reporting path described in our Report Content & Moderation Policy.
